For born again christians

Jesus admitted that there are greater and lesser people in Heaven.
Have you ever wondered why or how this can be if we are all perfect in Christ, washed in His blood and made whiter than snow, forgiven, adopted, joint heirs with Christ and justified?
Paul said if a born again christian's works are consumed in the fiery test he or she will actually experience torment and grief as the result but however will still be saved...but only as a person barely escaping flames of fire.
Have you ever wondered why a follower of Jesus would receive no reward in Heaven and would experience torment and grief in Heaven, of all places?
Jesus warned - “ Let no man take your crown “.
If this was not possible then Jesus was blowing hot air in saying this...which I sincerely doubt.
Since we are saved by grace through faith and not of works then this is the reason God allows us into Heaven and allows us to stay in Heaven even if our works fail the test and we receive no reward.
This is what grace is all about...not rewards.
Entrance into Heaven has to do with God's grace while rewards has to do with what we do to earn them.
Even then, receiving rewards has to do with motive.
It is not important as to what we do for Jesus as to why we do it.
Was it to exalt us or Him or was it to gain favor from the public?
He knows our heart and will rightly judge us...whether we accept this Biblical truth or not.
Born again christians who fail the judgment are obviously born again christians who did not love Jesus more than this life nor did they love Jesus more than they love themselves.
A Bible teacher once saved - “ I would hate to spend eternity with someone I did not love. “
